Update 1.2V: Modern Governments

The game is kind of playable, you can choose between spectating and playing, you can choose to play any country you want.
Added political power when playing a country, with enough political power that you gain over time, you can attack another country.
The starting ideology is now Democracy instead of "None".
New types of governments are: Democracy, Fascistic Totalitarianism, Communism and Absolute Monarchy
Countries of different governments can now go to war.
Government bonuses removed, "Government Policies" exclusive to some ideologies coming soon.
